Peggy did an awsome job. I showed her a picture of what I wanted & she delivered. The taste of the carrot cake was delicious.

Peggy is an absolute gem! It wasn’t until we had our cake tasting with her that we truly started to get excited and anticipate the wedding. She’s incredibly cool and fun to be around. You can’t go wrong with choosing her to handle all the details. I don’t think there’s anything she doesn’t do. She creates cakes, charcuterie boards, smoked meats, coffee, and more! Our wedding guests absolutely adored the cake and charcuterie table. She also offers great, reasonable prices. With her ability to create a variety of flavors, her amazing bakery and kitchen, and her exceptional customer service, we were worried that our budget would be exceeded, but it wasn’t. I know she would have worked with us if it had been.

Peggy made Petit Fours for a bridal shower and they were FABULOUS! 10 out of 10! Everyone loved them and wanted to know who made them!!! Peggy is so great to work with!

Cake was stunning and tasted amazing would recommend and get a cake done again.

We needed an Astros-inspired cake and cupcakes that were gluten-free, dairy-free, and almond-free for our kids while visiting South Padre. Peggy not only delivered the best chocolate cakes that we have tasted but provided an extra touch. She is incredibly kind and you can tell that care goes into her cooking. We could taste the love!

Peggy recently catered my father’s Celebration of Life in Harlingen. From the very first phone call through cleanup, she was the consummate professional. She was a wonderful listener who provided everything I asked for without a lot of back and forth. She and her staff went above and beyond to create a display that was absolutely beautiful, and the food was fantastic. She asked about my father in our initial call and included touches that really spoke to who he was, including his adventurous nature and travel by way of displaying an antique suitcase, as well as newspapers because my father wrote a column for years. We can’t thank her enough for being so easy to work with and providing such a special and delicious experience for the family and our guests!

Peggy made our elopement cake in September. It was amazing. Everyone still talks about it. Sadly we didn't get any to take home because it was that good.

Peggy catered a Bachelor SPI Fishing Trip Party for my husband back in November. She was at the dock early and with so many goodies! The guys had breakfast tacos, coffee, and juice to sustain them while they fished. They loved it! Thank you so much!

Peggy catered our "Breakfast with the Birds" event as part of the RGV Birding Festival at the SPI Birding Nature Center & Alligator Sanctuary. She had everything ready to go by the time the guests arrived at 7:30am. Food was delicious, well thought out, and warm. Everyone enjoyed it and had lots of compliments about the flavors and how yummy everything was. She was also very mindful about the plates and cutlery being biodegradable, which was nice to see, especially since the birders are an environmentally mindful group of people. Peggy's service and food was top notch!

Peggy catered for one of our events about a month ago and everyone was blown away! Everything was delicious and beautiful. She asked me for a budget and she definitely delivered. Food was so fresh and appetizers were exquisite. She really thinks about everything!

Peggy has an amazing variety of goods and every one that I’ve tried has been super sensational. It’s so difficult to choose a favourite but I do particularly love the pork ribs. Do yourself a favour and go to one of the markets she’s at.

I have been buying items from Peggy for more than two years. Today I visited her truck at her weekday morning location on 77 in Harlingen and everything was fantastic and realized I never reviewed her. Everything Peggy does is with quality and professionalism. Wether she is baking you a custom cake, catering an entire event or just purchasing her homemade items from her food truck. Peggy is an amazing person and an amazing cook! You won’t be disappointed.

Delicious! Peggy was super responsive to my Facebook messages and kindly held an item for me when I couldn’t make it to the farmers market today. She is super nice and her baking skills are fabulous!

​A friend and I visited Peggy's stand at the livestock show in Mercedes and we absolutely loved the experience! We ordered her homemade cold brew coffee and she made sure to make it exactly to our liking. It was so yummy! Peggy herself is super kind and friendly and I can't wait to visit her other locations. Peggy is amazing!!! Ask for something and she will magically make it happen. Peggy is professional and creative. Her food is not your ordinary catering offerings. The gluten free chocolate zucchini bread is one of my favorites. You can’t tell that it is gluten free! From private catering events to farmers market appearances, Peggy will not disappoint.

Peggy delivered the meal for the film crew prompt and professionally. She worked with our budget and accommodated our dietary needs. The food was beautifully displayed on top of it already being healthy and delicious. Check her website out for her menu and I highly recommend her.

Peggy was so accommodating even though I ordered last minute. Per her recommendation I ordered a Italian cream cake, it was so delicious! So happy to have found someone who makes gluten free cakes!

Peggy was the caterer & baker for our intimate home wedding (about 15 guests) in Harlingen, TX this past July and she absolutely knocked it out of the park. She provided beautiful charcuterie boards for our cocktail hour and a 2 course dinner that consisted of her handmade 3 cheese tortellini (the bomb!!), summer salad with her famous sunset salad dressing and her baked chicken breast with raspberry chipotle sauce (perfect pairing!) with some fresh veggies and potatoes au gratin. Our families & even our vendors raved about the chicken & her impeccable service. She even baked our Italian Cream Wedding Cake & provided the yummiest desserts, her Fredericksburg peach cobbler shooters & chocolate chip pecan cookies to pair well with it. Lastly, we contracted our bartender through her and he was so helpful & served some great drinks! 5 star service at a reasonable price!

I meet Peggy through a mutual friend. We hired Peggy to Cater a General Membership Luncheon for The Brownsville Board Of Realtors. Her food and service was beyond our expectations. We will definitely use her Catering Services again.

Peggy catered my 25th wedding anniversary dinner at my home. She takes tried and true dishes and makes them unique. She definitely has the touch when it comes to good food. The apple pie and homemade vanilla ice cream were a religious experience!

Everything Peggy makes is delicious! Cheese Tortellini, fresh baked cheesy bread, canned dill pickles, chicken salad on a fresh baked croissant and so much more. It is all so good.

So let me share about "Death By Chocolate" It is crazy delicious!! It is like eating a cake like brownie, but it's made with zucchini, dark chocolate AND is gluten free! It is so amazing delicious, words can not describe the flavors. My husband doesn't eat chocolate, so I buy him the "cakes & cookies" that I usually don't eat. Then when I go to eat my Death by Chocolate...it's gone? He gives me a little grin and says he's not sure what happened to it. I guess if this is my biggest problem of the day...I am blessed. Never stop making my Death By Chocolate!

I called in a rush when I found out I had gluten free dairy free visitors! I don’t how to tell you how absolutely delicious the blueberry muffins turned out. The visitors came and found me and said please tell your baker how amazing these are!

Peggy’s is amazing. They partnered up with Canon to provide free cookies outside HMC and that’s how I discovered their DELICIOUS pecan and chocolate chip cookies! I would recommend them to everyone.

I got to try her Chicken Spaghetti something or other on Saturday and it was out of this world! It was enough for 2 meals in 1 container. As a matter of fact, we were full...both of us and still had 1/4 of the container left. It was so cheesy and creamy all in a spaghetti?? Crazy as it sounds, you will not be disappointed!

Amazing...simply amazing is what I have to say about your Yeast Bread. I got 1 slice out of the entire loaf and it was all suppose to be for ME. My husband who doesn't even eat bread ate it ALL. It was so delicious and reminded me of home.
